Per the DOPH directive You must submit Criminal Background Check to CA DOPH by March 31st 2011!!!
Or your Home Health License renewal might be delayed or denied!!!
Criminal Background Check must be obtained for:
All owners
Administrator
Administrator Designee ( plus their current resume)It's a free download!
